Who We Are

Armory Redevelopment Partners is a local consortium of Boulder-based business people working with the Colorado National Guard to relocate the Boulder Armory to a more suitable location and to redevelop the existing Boulder Armory site to serve the next generation of Boulder's citizens.

Our Principals are Jim Loftus and Bruce Dierking. Jim has been involved in real estate in Boulder for over 30 years and has been involved in many successful projects including retail, office, residential and mixed use developments.

Bruce Dierking has been involved in real estate in Boulder for the past 14 years and has extensive experience working with neighborhoods and city government to find win-win solutions for land use issues.
